Only the Banker has the keys to that Vault. Madame Banker explained the game to you and advised you that these are the facts of life. This is how it is. Them’s the rules of this Mortgage Repayment Game. Few Consumers really understand mortgages!! In fact, the Banker had a lawyer explain those rules to you so you were told at least twice that these are the facts of the Mortgage Repayment Game. Then they had you write the cheque to pay the lawyer that represented the Bank. “Them’s the rules of this Mortgage Repayment Game”. They said. Because you wanted the money, you played by their rules.
Now, Smart Mortgage Early Repayment Plan is in your face. SMERP appears to be your dilemma. In fact, it guards your Nest of Golden Eggs.
